Description:
8D cinema is a movie in eight dimensions; six of those dimensions are rolled up tightly and therefore not visible at normal energies. An 8D cinema system is made of two parts;
1. A 3D projector system with a projection screen, audio system, projector and 3D glasses.
2. Simulation system – This contains the control system, dynamic simulate platform and scenes simulate system.
The 8D cinema dimensions are:
• 3 dimensions of vision
• 1 dimension of time or motion
• 1 dimension of sound
• 1 dimension of floor and furniture shake
• 1 dimension of wind created by blowers and
• 1 dimension of rain like artificial shower
Despite their growing popularity, 8D movie theatres can only seat 22 people and 8D films only last an average of twenty minutes.
